Pam Laughlin – CPA, Accounting Associate

Pam has over 15 years of accounting experience, including 5 years with a Boise non-profit and 7 years within a CPA firm.

Pam wants to take the accounting burden off of non-profits, so they can concentrate on their mission.

Pam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She is a Colorado licensed CPA.

Randy Heidel – CPA, Accounting Associate

Randy has over 30 year’s internal audit, accounting and business management experience gained at a Fortune 500 international engineering and construction company. He has an advanced knowledge of cost accounting and has extensive experience with government grants.

Randy strongly believes non-profits are vitally important to our society. Providing sound financial services allows them to focus on their ultimate goals.

Randy earned an accounting degree from Boise State University and has been a CPA for virtually his entire career.

Karen Borchert – Accounting Associate

Karen has used Quickbooks for years and utilizes her past bookkeeping experiences, combined with her knowledge of accounting, to help our clients.

Karen enjoys supporting non-profits and providing them the information they need to succeed.

Karen has an Accounting degree from Boise State University.

Rachel Webb – Accounting Associate

Rachel uses her prior customer service experience and her experience with Quickbooks to assist our clients.

Rachel enjoys the day to day challenge of ensuring that non-profits books are kept clean and accurate.

Rachel is a Boise native with extensive Quickbooks experience.

Brenda Helgerson – Accounting Associate

Brenda has over 18 years experience working in the tax and accounting field, servicing both businesses and non-profits.  Formerly with Arthur Andersen, she has also assisted with the formation and funding of non-profit organizations.

Brenda feels privileged to be able to assist in providing non-profits with structure and organization so they can stay focused on their relative missions.

Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boise State University.

Alisha Vance – Accounting Associate

Alisha has over 17 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.

Alisha is excited to eliminate the burden of bookkeeping for non-profits so they have more time and resources to focus on their cause.

Alisha is currently attending University of Phoenix to attain her bachelors degree and eventually obtain her CPA.

Jo Anderson – Accounting Associate

Jo is currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix where she is working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an Accounting emphasis.

Working for Easy Office has opened her eyes to not-for-profit accounting and she thoroughly enjoys all the good that is taking place within  each of our client’s organizations.  

Sharon Montgomery – Accounting Associate

Sharon has over 35 years of experience including 7 years in Public Accounting (including non-profit organizations).  She has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for two non-profits and was the Assistant Executive Director for a local non-profit. 

Sharon enjoys doing volunteer work, photography, working with animals and travel. 

She attended Boise State University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business.

Jon Osterburg – Accounting Associate

Jon joined the Easy Office team in the summer of 2010 as a graduate of The College of Idaho with a degree in Business Administration.

Outside the office he  enjoys contributing to wildlife causes and his alma-mater The College of Idaho Men’s Lacrosse as assistant coach.  

 Jon holds a BS in Business Administration from the College of Idaho.

Derek Jannson – Accounting Associate

Derek has 2 years of Accounting Experience in Audit, Bookkeeping, and tax services. He started his career with a CPA firm where he was largely responsible for Auditing clients in a variety of industries. Among his audit experience he has also taken part in Tax Season and has completed various client financial compilations.

Working for Non Profits has given Derek a new, exciting industry to work in where he can apply his accounting experience and grow with Easy Office. Derek is a strong believer in the strength of our community and is active with many Non Profits locally. He volunteers at the Boise Albertson’s Open and is actively involved in various golf scrambles for various Non Profit Fundraisers.

Derek obtained is bachelors degree at the University of Idaho in Accounting. Currently he is preparing for the CPA exam and  Masters in Accountancy.

Darci Shelley – Accounting Associate

Darci started at Easy Office in January 2011 and has over 12 years experience in customer service.

Darci admires non-profits for the work they do.  She wants to help them be able to focus primarily on their mission and provide reliable accounting information to assist them in their financial needs.

Darci holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Boise State University.

Julia Haverly – Accounting Associate

Julia has a variety of experience in accounting and finance; including over a year of non-profit accounting.

Julia loves to work with clients to increase efficiencies within their organization, enabling a growing scope of commitment to the communities around them.

Julia has her BS in Accounting from Indiana State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s at Boise State University.

Colin Slaughter – Accounting Associate

Colin has accounting experience with both for-profit companies and non-profit organizations.

His passions outside of helping his clients achieve their goals include playing bass guitar in a reggae band, indoor soccer, and golf.

Colin is a 2010 graduate from The College of Idaho, where he received his B.A. in Business Administration and Finance. 

Brenda Neighbors – Accounting Associate

Brenda  has 7+ years of experience in bookkeeping for a variety of organizations including international corporations, small businesses, and non-profits.

Brenda’s passion includes promoting education and growth in her community and she enjoys assisting non-profits in accounting so they can continue to support their communities.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Accounting and a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, Boise.

Kameron Ogle – Accounting Associate

Kameron has over a year of accounting experience working with non-profit organizations.

Kameron enjoys volunteering to support his community and outdoor activities including wake boarding. 

Kameron graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Idaho and has a Business degree with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a minor in leadership.

Amy Holley – Accounting Associate

Amy has 20+ years of small business accounting that allows her to identify with small nonprofit organizations and help them stay focused and efficient.

Amy enjoys getting acquainted and helping non-profits from throughout the country from her native Idaho.

She hold's a Bachelor’s of Science in Business - Accounting from University of Idaho.

Christian Spearow – Accounting Associate

Christian has assisted nonprofits with Controller duties, salary allocations, fixed asset management, AP and audit prep. He has over a year of exclusive non-profit accounting experience.

He enjoys being able to contribute in a small way to the many non-profit Easy Office serves.

Christian hold a BS in accounting from University of Idaho.
