Mary Leaton, CPA* – Financial Manger

Mary has over 20 years of accounting experience, 14 years of which were direct accounting and bookkeeping experience with a non-profit in the Washington, D.C. area. She is a Quickbooks expert and is comfortable with cost accounting, producing financial statements, and more.

Mary is passionate about providing non-profits accounting support so that they can focus on fundraising and their programs.

Mary holds an accounting degree from the University of Maryland. *She was formerly a CPA in the State of Maryland and is currently working to renew her license in Idaho.

Pam Laughlin – CPA, Accounting Associate

Pam has over fifteen years of accounting experience, including five years with a Boise non-profit and seven years within a CPA firm.

Pam wants to take the accounting burden off of non-profits, so they can concentrate on their mission.

Pam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She is a Colorado licensed CPA.

Randy Heidel – CPA, Accounting Associate

Randy has over thirty year’s internal audit, accounting and business management experience gained at a Fortune 500 international engineering and construction company. He has an advanced knowledge of cost accounting and has extensive experience with government grants.

Randy strongly believes non-profits are vitally important to our society. Providing sound financial services allows them to focus on their ultimate goals.

Randy earned an accounting degree from Boise State University and has been a CPA for virtually his entire career.

Karen Borchert – Accounting Associate

Karen has used Quickbooks for years and utilizes her past bookkeeping experiences, combined with her knowledge of accounting, to help our clients.

Karen enjoys supporting non-profits and providing them the information they need to succeed.

Karen has an Accounting degree from Boise State University.

Kelley Hanson – Accounting Associate

Kelley has over 10 years of experience with Quickbooks and utilizes her past bookkeeping experiences to help our clients. She formerly worked and volunteered with the Payette River Cattleman's Association and the Scenic Payette River Historical Society.

Growing up on a ranch in central Idaho, Kelley enjoys the hard work and intensity that is required to support non-profits.

Kelley holds a bachelors degree from the University of Idaho.

Melissa Winder – Accounting Associate

Melissa, former bookkeeper for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, brings nearly 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the Easy Office team.   

Melissa enjoys bringing structure and systems to the non-profits she serves.

Melissa received an Associate Accounting degree from Provo College and her BS in Accounting from University of Phoenix.  She also holds a Professional Bookkeeper Designation from Universal Accounting.

Mallory Parsons – Accounting Associate

Mallory uses her experience working directly in the accounting department of a well known national nonprofit affiliate and her extensive experience with Quickbooks to assist our clients.

Mallory enjoys offering bookkeeping support to non-profits as they strive for their individual and unique goals.

Mallory holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.

Rachel Webb – Accounting Associate

Rachel uses her prior customer service experience and her experience with Quickbooks to assist our clients.

Rachel enjoys the day to day challenge of ensuring that non-profits books are kept clean and accurate.

Rachel is a Boise native with extensive Quickbooks experience.

Brenda Helgerson – Accounting Associate

Brenda has over 18 years experience working in the tax and accounting field, servicing both businesses and non-profits.  Formerly with Arthur Andersen, she has also assisted with the formation and funding of non-profit organizations.

Brenda feels privileged to be able to assist in providing non-profits with structure and organization so they can stay focused on their relative missions.

Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boise State University.

Shelby Baker – Accounting Associate

Shelby's extensive client management experience combined with attention to detail makes her valuable to all of our clients.

Shelby enjoys working with the diversity of our client base.
