We strive to provide clients with rough estimates of typical or average monthly expected hours. This depends on 3
main factors: The scope of the work we will perform, the # of average monthly transactions and complexity.
To determine scope, together we complete the standard bookkeeping checklist.
To determine the # of transactions, Easy Office can review a current copy of your Quickbooks file, or a list of all transactions for the past 12 months.
Complexity is the trickiest to know in advance. For this reason, we provide a range of expected hours – “5 to 10 hours”, “20-30 hours”, etc.
Our standardized proposal is tailored to your unique needs, timeline and scope. All of our pricing is standard across all of our clients, but this document gets more into the scope, timing, and expected deliverables. We are happy to provide proposals for any prospective clients!

The first key to an efficient and accurate accounting system is to ensure that the structure is set up and built correctly. Through our Management Reporting & Financial Restructuring package, we not only build or re-structure your existing chart of accounts, but we also create and customize financial reports that are tailored to the needs of your organization.
Additional “Build” services include budget prep and long-term financial planning.

The second step in managing an efficient and accurate accounting system is to ensure that transactions are booked appropriately. Through our deep experience with non-profit accounting and accounting software, the Easy Office team is well equipped to properly manage your books. We create detailed processes and Standard Operating Procedures for each of our clients.
Each new client is assigned both a Client Manager and a primary Accounting Associate. The Accounting Associate tends to be your designated contact for all day-to-day matters. We also cross train additional secondary Accounting Associates to mitigate any affects of vacation, illness, etc.

The result of a well-built and well-run accounting system is accurate and helpful reports. Once the systems and processes are in place, reports can be produced monthly and on an as-needed basis
We scan and electronically store all documents for easy retrieval during audits and to provide an additional layer of backup.
Following the EasyPath Methodology, we will work with you to configure a scope of work that meets your needs and your budget. Our rates vary from $28 / hour up to $50 / hour depending on the scope of work and your unique needs. Full time equivalents as low as $4,200 / month or $50,000 / year.
